While serving as a summer intern for Gerber Construction, a residential construction company in Colorado, Cole Hranicky was responsible for reading and creating spreadsheets related to architecture plans, among other tasks. Cole Hranicky is currently enrolled as an undergraduate student at Texas Tech University and is pursuing a degree in business and finance with a minor in real estate.
Mr. Hranicky began developing his ability to balance work and school responsibilities during his time as a student at Memorial High School (MHS). Throughout his time at MHS, he was part of the Academy of Finance, a program that prepares students for work in the finance and business industries. To complete the program, he took several business-related courses, including accounting, money matters, and business law. These courses were year-long and granted him extensive knowledge on efficiently managing money and investing in the stock market.
At the same time, Cole Hranicky took on periodic positions, including work as a self-employed DJ. In this role, he was responsible for marketing his services on social media outlets, scheduling various events, and coordinating with guests and parents. He also served as a lifeguard for Sandalwood Lake.
